Best way to manage notes and also using a servicing Company
What do you recommend in keep track of multiple notes (contract for deed). I am using a servicing company to manage all the notes and was told by an investor that Notesmith was good to use, especially if I decide to service my own notes in the future. What is your experience to keep everything well organized? What systems do I need in place?
