Houston or Orlando?
Currently I live in San Diego, but I have the option of moving to Orlando or moving to Houston and living for free, Im really looking to invest in rentals, possible BRRRR but starting out with low money. I'm an hvac service technician by trade. Any opinions if Orlando or Houston would be better and easier to start out in with low money?
