Seeking Mentor New York City

Ive had a pretty hard time of getting started in the wholesaling business. I recently sent out about 700 postcards to out of state absentee owners and only got one call. I am 19 so I am looking to truly get this off of the ground and do it full time. Can anyone offer advice or what you did to start? Also may be seeking a mentor to help me get started and get inside the head of an experienced wholesalers mind. Thank you!
