Wholesaling Experience- Selling Your Brand

Hi all, new to the wholesale industry. Have begun to reach out to both buyers and investors and will be doing a direct mail campaign this week.

My question may be a loaded one, however here it is:

1. I don't want to lie about the fact that I've never done a deal before, however I want to come across as confident, how would I go about finding a way to avoid the fact that I've never done a deal before?

2.Does anyone have links to the more in depth look at the contract laws/processes to make sure that I am doing my best to operate under the correct process?

Thanks!

Ethan
