favorite direct mail target?

Good evening BP. I'm new to BP and even newer to real estate investing. I'm very excited to be on BP. I've decided to start my journey with wholesaling and want to start with direct mail. What demo of distressed sellers get the most results? And should i do flyers or postcards? Can anyone recommend a direct mail company ? Thank you

Realestatemarketinglettersmadeeasy.com would be my best choice.  Also, try yellowletters.com and vistaprint.com. Out of state owners will give you the greatest response rate.  Flyers or postcards should make a difference, the content you put on them is what will generate leads.
