Building a team, any good book keepers?

Hello all,

I have been on here a couple of times posting rather novice questions. I have done enough research at this point and have enough capital with my parents to really hit the ground running. We already have a comfortable first 30-unit multifamily property in Sandusky, OH that we signed an LOI on and should be signing a purchase agreement shortly.

We are looking for another multifamily that would be a good step up from this one in terms of size. Looking for something that is approximately double or triple in size to be exact.

The biggest reason why I am posting here is because I am looking to build a good team to help me along the way. We already have a fantastic real estate broker who is connecting us very well. Next, we are looking for a good book keeper to help with depreciation, cost segregation, and Real Estate Professional time logging. Please let me know if there is anyone that you could recommend from personal experience. Thanks in advance!
