Networking in Minneapolis

Hey everybody! My name is Ben and I, along with a couple friends are looking to get involved in real estate investing. We already have a good network, but are looking to get more involved in the community of RE investing. 

We all have full time jobs right now so are only looking to start on a part time basis, but would love to know when and where local meet ups/groups are in the cities. We are obviously looking to start out here and build a buyer list and find the best ways to get motivated sellers because we plan on starting out wholesaling properties and then move on to bigger and better things hopefully. So let me know if you have any advice in that area as well.
