First Wholesale Meeting
Today my partners and I met with our first motivated seller from a yellow letter campaign (1700 pieces/month). I will be calling him back tomorrow to give him our offer. He said, in the call, he was wanting 65k, but after inspection I am seeing 30-40k (bad shape!) of rehab with a rough ARV of 100-115k. So I feel confident in the numbers to offer him 30k. Also, he did mention he was going to call around for other offers. Any thoughts or advice before I call him tomorrow?
