Hey you guys. My name is Jasmine Mensah, I'm 21 years old and I am new Real Estate Investor located in Durham, NC. I just wanted to get a few tips from everyone. What's the best project to start out with? I was told wholesaling but I would love to know what you guys think. Thanks in advance.
