I am 16 and I am hungry to learn more and help someone and gain some money in doing so...

BP members my name is Juan Ortiz and I want to know what should I do I know that I am only 16 and I know that I cant sign a contract until I am 18 but I want to find a job in the field and kind of a mentor to help me get there. how do I go about to achieve this?
