Please provide clarity to foggy windows
BP Community,
I'm preparing to close on a rental townhouse next week. The double-pane window seals are worn and the windows fog in between the glass (I understand this is not uncommon). Is this purely cosmetic or is there value added to repair the issue for a rental property? If let unrepaired can further maintenance ensue?
Thanks and Most Appreciative,
Joshua
