Newbie in DFW area looking for direction

Hey Everybody! Hope all is well.

I've been getting more and more educated in real estate investing but was wondering if there were meetings where folks go to get connected with more seasoned investors. I'm more than willing to pay for coffee or lunch to meet and network with those succeeding in the industry.
