FHA Loan - Owner Occupancy/Relocation

I know this topic has been covered before, but hoping someone can give me some advice on our situation...We closed on our house 4/2016. We intended to occupy the house for many years. My fiance was offered a job out of state and it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. We are two months shy of our one year mark. I've read the HUD/FHA documents. I know we signed the occupancy affidavit that we intended to live in the house for one year. Do I need to let our lender know that we are relocating and renting out our house? Our move is more than 100+ miles away.
