Hi @Jacqueline Weatherall,

Do you have any experience in real estate?  What area of Richmond were you looking at?   Are you interested in learning about renovating?  We only do fixer uppers, and then rent them out, so I can't help with any wholesaling or flipping, but if you're interested in passive income PM me.
