"Subject to" strategy
Good afternoon guys! Recently have stumbled upon a few people talking about "subject to". Seems pretty simple IF you find that person willing to deed the property over. .was wondering if anybody here has used it and can help explain how they used it and if they recommend this strategy for somebody just starting out? Thanks!! Matt
