Experience with Section 8
What were your experience with renting to tenants with Section 8? Do you recommend it?

If done correctly Section 8 can be lucrative. Like @Patti Robertson stated, it's guaranteed income. A lot has to do with the market you're in. If you're in a market where there's a multi-year waiting list to get a Section 8 voucher, your experience will be much better. Also, don't become a slumlord.
