Hey all, just signed up for bigger pockets and this is my first forum that I'm typing. First off I want to say happy new year and hope everyone has a great, successful year. I'm 23 years young as of yesterday, I live in the metro west area in MA, not to far from Boston. I been interested in real estate for about 3 years and read a ton of books throughout this time, such as rich dad poor dad series, think and grow rich, how to win friends and influence people and just finished how to invest with no (and low) money down by Brandon Turner, BiggerPockets. I don't have much capital to invest but I know that's not an excuse to get started. This is the year I want to take action. I plan on getting my RE license and getting a mentor to help me lead the way. I would like advice from those who are experience and been on the same boat building wealth from real estate.
