Hello Bigger Pockets community - I'm a relatively new buy-and-hold investor and just closed on my second property in Baltimore. I'm looking for a local attorney to help set up an LLC, review the lease, and assist with any other legal questions that come up. Does anyone out there have someone they'd recommend? Much appreciated!
