Starting out looking for a Multifamily

I have been looking into owning a Multifamily mostly a duplex. I need all the advice/tips I can get with this journey I am going down. I am in the Orlando area. Any hard money lenders you guys can refer? I am very determined to own a multifamily by June/July.

Hi Stanley, I am an investor/wholesaler/agent & mentor in the Orlando area. I also host a monthly BP meeting here in Orlando. Our next meeting is Jan 10th at 6:30 PM. Here is the link to the info of the meeting. If you plan to attend then please register so I know how many will attend.

Here are two investor friendly lenders you can use. I can't give you their contact info in this forum, but you can easily google them and get that. Please tell them I sent you to them.
