Flipping: Do you pay closing costs on both ends?

Hello everyone,

I understand that in a buyer's market, you TYPICALLY end up paying for most or all of the closing costs when reselling a rehab... Which can run around $6,000?

What have your typical closing costs been for a single property after the entire flip process, and how often did you end up paying the majority of the closing costs during BOTH transactions, as it seems this would occur from time to time (ie: as the original buyer, and the post-rehab seller)?

Thank you as always BP :)
