Brand new and want to hit the ground running

Brand new and working with a mentor. He asked me to read up in preparation for working with him. Specifically will be working in wholesaling. Can anybody guide me to a couple articles or anything that can help me hit the ground running. Have zero history in real estate. Thx in advance.
