Brand new and working with a mentor. He asked me to read up in preparation for working with him. Specifically will be working in wholesaling. Can anybody guide me to a couple articles or anything that can help me hit the ground running. Have zero history in real estate. Thx in advance.

I guess this whole notion of having a "mentor" has me a little stumped. Everyone keeps saying that if you are new to real estate you need to have a mentor, but what exactly do they mean by that and what is the best way of finding/connecting with such a person?
