Land Investing -- looking for guidance

Can anyone recommend any resources on learning how to invest in land? I have been a follower of Mark Podolski but, unfortunately, as a college student, I can not pay his incredibly hefty class course.

I've been looking online and there isn't as much literature as there are for other fields. Can I talk to anyone of you land investors and pick your brain? I'd like to learn!
