Purchase agreement and assignment contracts

Hey everyone, My name is Michael Justin. I am new to bigger pockets and this is my first submission. I am working my way into real estate wholesaling . I have been to the seminars and spoken with the gurus. What I would like to know is if anyone could tell me where I can obtain or who I need to speak with to acquire a buyer and seller purchase assignment contract to sign with my potential buyers and sellers? I live in Charlotte and I would be very grateful if there were any investors in the area who could speak with me about a few details that I have not ascertained as of yet. I look forward to moving forward with becoming a successful real estate investor. Thank you
