Real Estate Jobs in the Snellville/Atlanta Area

Hello BP Community,

I am searching for a real estate job to get more experience with single/ multi-family properties. My ultimate goal is to invest in single and multi-family properties and rent them out to people. I currently live in Snellville, Georgia( about 30 mins North of Atlanta, Ga). Where and what should I start researching for that doesn't require a real estates license? I am still debating on whether to get a real estate license or not. Is it worth it if I really just want to be an investor and a landlord? Help Please!
