Hi all. Very excited to start reading, listening, and learning on how to start flipping and buying long term income producing properties.

I have an investment banking and loan background so understand a lot of the lending options out there but don't want to assume a lot of risk.

My wife is having our first child in January 2017 and will not be returning to work. I want to subsidize some of her income through real estate investing.

Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated!
