First timer.. Need advice
Not sure, but I would assume someone has had this dilemma...
My wife and I recently graduated, got into corporate America and are now in LA. We have saved but can't imagine spending all we have on a down payment. We would love to invest but more than likely we will move back home in the next couple years... Where real estate is 200% cheaper.
We want to start somewhere, just having a hard time deciding where to start. We have a strong desire to own real estate and manage properties but having a house would be nice as well since rent is expensive. Any insight into this would be great. Thanks!
