Hi I'm new to REI and looking to make my first deal. I'm having trouble choosing the right market to invest in; could anyone lend me advice on strategies on generally how they they approach a market they're interested in. To be more specific I'm from Western MA if anyone knows the local real estate market here that would be a bonus! Thanks!
