The Birth of A Real Estate Investor

I tried to make the title as dramatic as possible lol.

I was wondering what steps should a beginner take?   Specifically someone who is 20, has no prior experience in real estate, and has little to no capital.   What are must read books, sources, and people that I should look into?  

There's so much information out there and I have no where to start.  Any advice would be appreciated
