Finding Info on Vacant Properties

Hi BP peeps,

I am interested in finding out more details about some vacant properties in my area that I know about. I might wholesale them. I know that most of them are bank owned now, but trying to find a party at said banks to negotiate with has not been possible. Any tips on getting beyond this?
