Best cities in Texas for investment

Hello everyone,

I am diving into the real estate investment world and I have chosen to focus on Multi-family investment properties in the state of Texas. As a result, I am trying to get an idea of the best areas/cities in Texas  for investment. I am really looking to maximize my monthly cashflow potential. Suggestions regarding cities outside of Texas are also welcome.
