Purchasing/Renting first home
I am 24 years old and I will soon be moving out of my parents house. (I know it's a little late but living expenses are insane)
I am trying to figure out what I should do...
-Rent an apartment 1 bedroom
-Rent an apartment 2 bedroom and rent out the
other room with airbnb.
-Get a mortgage and purchase a home, but rent out the other room (s).
I can't figure out what would be the best decision financially, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me some of the pros/cons of each.
Any advice or info would be much appreciated. Thanks!
