Starting Investing with little to no money in Portland Oregon

Hi my wife and I are looking to learn and even take the next steps into real estate investing. . I have some basic knowledge and my wife is very much a beginner. . We would love to meet some investors who we can work with on some of our beginning deals. It would be ideal if we could find maybe another couple who are also believers to help us get started in our next adventure in life. . We are not afraid of hard work and putting in our time. . I love to find deals and my wife would love to be the interior designer. . :) Any help or even direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
