I have a 9 to 5 job and am frequently out of town

Hello everyone!  I am currently interested in flipping/wholesaling.   Any advice on setting up systems locally that will help me jump on a deal when I am out of town?  I keep hearing how critical it is to quickly meet with the seller and submit an offer.   I am out of town about two or three nights a week; so I am trying to determine if this strategy will even work for me.
