Comparison of different REI strategies
As I begin to make the transition to REI full time, I'm allowing myself the time to figure out what the hell I really want to do. Let's face it, there are so many different opportunities and directions, but you can't do them all well.
Being the analytical nerd I am, I was planning on putting together a spreadsheet, weighing the pros and cons of each investment strategy (flips, landlording, lo, wholesale, mhp, ral, etc.). And it occurred to me that someone may have already done this.
Anyone familiar with this sort of resource?
TIA
Doug

Here is a blog with links to other blogs, articles, podcasts addressing different avenues of RE investing. Not sure if this is what you are looking for or not, as it doesn't go that in depth.
