New Investor from NY

Hi guys,

I'm a recent college grad, who's interested in RE investing. As I have a job that I work 70+ hours a week, I have not have that much time to do substantial research on best practices in the space. I've spent most of my time over the past 7-8 weekends searching the internet for articles, reading forum posts, and trying to do general research. However, in trying to figure out all the details (structure to invest through (personal vs. llc), types of assets, leverage possibilities, location), I'm feeling somewhat lost.

If anyone can point me in the right direction for either a book, blog, news post; or maybe to answer some questions through email or phone - anything would be appreciated.

Thanks again.
