Seminars and workshops
I'm looking to expand my knowledge in residential real estate. I am mostly interested in multifamily homes at this time. I have read many books and have watched many people succeed, but am looking for a new avenue of learning before I fully jump in. I have looked online and haven't seen too many seminars or workshops in my area. I am currently in Newport News, VA. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or any resources on where to find valuable seminars or other avenues of learning.
