Looking for Advice in DC area and Nationwide

Hey everyone,

I haven't posted on here in a while, as I have been getting adjusted to full-time Real Estate sales. It's been good and crazy, but I am not crazy about it. I ultimately got my license to get into flipping with the goal of funding more buy and holds. 

I am looking for 5 people who would be willing to spare 5-10 minutes of their time over the phone to tell me what the single biggest lesson you would give your younger self in regards to real estate investing. In this case, you can act like I am the younger you! Lucky you and me! :)

I am currently communicating with a Real Estate Investor locally and that was his challenge for me for the next time we meet. Please reply and/or PM if you can help me out!
