Multifamily homes in Hampton Roads

Hi I am looking into purchasing multifamily homes in the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. I am planning on using an FHA loan on the first property which will be a duplex or triplex. I am looking for anyone currently pursuing the same path in this area or nearby cities who is willing to share advice.
