Looking to network in Kelso

I have recently been pre approved for 170k. I just received my pre approval letter and I am ready to start networking and finding deals. I live in Vancouver Wa but the only market that makes a little sense is in Kelso area. If there are any BiggerPockets members willing to help me begin my real estate journey that would be much appreciated.
