Looking to expand myself and my business

First I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tanner Nicholas. I am a full time real estate agent in the Birmingham,Al area. I have a thriving real estate business that is the #1 place I reinvest my money. I am looking to dive into the world of flipping. I am currently owner occupying my first investment property. I saw it more as a long term goal than short term... plus I had to have a place to live. I have worked with investors on and off since starting real estate. I am looking to expand myself and my business. I feel that I have a leg up on the competition because I know where the deals are, where the right place to invest is, and I can save on commissions. I am looking for suggestions on how to get started with the least amount of startup capital involved.
