Wholesaling Lease Options
I am new to REI and am interested in wholesaling lease options.
A couple of questions I have is:
1. Why would the seller agree to a lease with option to purchase when the seller is still going to have the debt in there name?
2. Wouldn't that have an effect on their chances to purchase another house because of the debt to income ratio?
