hi everyone,

I have passion in the REI but then I have been thinking its an industry for people who have already established themselves with enough capital already in their bank accounts. Because of that I have been saving for about two years now and I have been able to come up with close to $12000.00. My question is that enough for me to go on and start investing in the REI. My area of focus will be flipping TLC houses in Worcester county Massachusetts. By the way I have about $20,000.00 in equity on my house.
