Eastern Washington Help! Any Recommendations on RE Lawyer/Acct ?

Like many just getting started in the REI world. Trying to set-up my RE support team and was wondering if any local investors (Tri-Cities, Walla Walla) could steer me towards any good RE Accountants as well as RE Lawyers in the area. Do appreciate any and all help you could provide. Thanks again and happy investing to all!
