Looking to network, meet buyers and learn

Good evening. I am just starting out in the world of REI. I do not have experience or a lot of capital. I am looking to start off in wholesaling to build that up as well as get experience and knowledge. I am looking to meet/network with investors in my area. I would like to know what type of properties you typically invest in? If you work with wholesalers or are willing to, what are your particular expectations from them? I am looking in areas around the baltimore beltway but mostly west Baltimore county.

Andrew Michael yes we have spoke before, I remember. It is good to see people in your area successful as you are. I've been spending my time from the last we spoke still reading and looking at houses. Now is the time to act though.
