My name is David  Babb and I am new to the real estate  world  and extremely excited about learning and prospering! I'm looking  to learning more about it in the Nashville Tennessee market.  I was wondering if there was anything I could partake in without acquiring a license  in real  estate? If so what does licensing allow me to do?
