Hello. I've been researching Rea estate redevelopment / flipping, for about a year now. Just purchased my first investment property, paid cash 100%. it's 5+ acres, very private, driveway, well, electric, partially cleared with piers foundation for building a home (Not sure if I should hold or resell or build and sell). Ready to form an LLC and warranty deed this property to the LLC. in the mean time I'm planning on buying a duplex in February 2017. Does this sound like right thinking.....? Thanks Patrick
