Suggested Areas in San Antonio Texas for Buy and Hold Investments

Hi BiggerPockets community.  I'm new to the site and greatly encouraged by the amount of information shared and guidance provided by everyone!  With that said, I'm hoping I can make contact with folks that have knowledge of the San Antonio Texas market.

I'm looking to invest in single family buy and holds.  Specifically, I'm looking to purchase 3/2 single family properties in class B neighborhoods that have a cash on cash return of at least 12%.  Does anyone have any suggested areas of San Antonio to focus on as I'm trying to develop my farm area?

Thanks in advance to all for your input and advice.

Scott
