Quickly Needing A Construction Loan Lender

Hey BP,

My partners and I have a 3-Family under contract in need of renovations. We have already singed P&S and at this point all that is left is securing financing. We can use hard money no problem, but obviously if we can a cheaper alternative that is preferable.

Basically what I'm asking is if anyone knows of any lenders that offer construction/renovation loans and can lend to an LLC at closing. Local would be preferred, but not required.

I am hitting the phones all day once again to find options so even if someone could point me in the right direction in that regard, I would definitely appreciate it!
