New member from MASSACHUSETTS interested in multifamily investing
Hey everyone!
I'm Jennifer, I just joined not too long ago, but have listened to many podcasts while at work (winning)! I learned so much, though it seems like a lot of information to take in. I want to invest in a multifamily home definitely sometime next year and live in one of the units. I'm slowly gathering a plan together, my only worry is that I don't have enough income to qualify for a multifamily home within my area. So I'm debating on looking for a new job, or sticking to my current job for employment term qualifications. I've seen some two units for low 200k, and 3 units+ for over 300k. If anyone has more information or advice on this, that would be great!
